Refunds for DOWNLOADS may be made within 15 minutes of download if you are not 100% satisfied with the information that you receive. The information is only intended to offer an idea to jumpstart your career or business. It does not provide business development or legal advice.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please review the details before you make a purchase. E-mail us and we will help you with your concerns. If an item is damaged, please contact us by email, phone, or by mail, so we may send you a replacement. Please return the damaged item to us at your expense and we will gladly send you the same item.  All sizes and weights listed are approximate. Colors may vary slightly. Computer Monitors display different colors depending on display settings. Shipping

Our products are usually sent by US MAIL using Priority Service, except small or lightweight items will be mailed US ground service. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, after final proofing of product. We DO NOT make any claims of guaranteed arrival dates.
